Co-production software for charities, public sector and community organisations.
Capture voice, text, photo and video submissions from anyone, anonymously, on any phone. See themes and reach in a live dashboard.
The problem with most engagement is that a room of 200 people has six confident voices and 194 who nod along. The majority check their phones, and leave with their best ideas still in their heads. It’s why so much consultation captures only a fraction of what a community actually thinks.
What Coproduce does about it. Coproduce lowers the cost of being heard. People submit in whichever format suits them best, named or anonymous, and from any device, in their own time, in their own way. Submissions land in a live dashboard with postcode data, theme analysis and exportable reports.
You hear from the people you usually miss. They get proof their voice was heard.
Get feedback from everyone through voice or text. Designed to be anonymous by default, but with user options to state their name.
We have special pricing for charities, volunteer groups, CICs and public sector organisations.
With Coproduce you can embed the system on your own website in your own colours. We also have a dashboard for admins.
Most consultations reflect who speaks up in a room. Coproduce changes that, giving every voice equal weight, whether someone is confident or not.
Without Coproduce
The same confident people dominate every session
Quieter voices stay quiet, or don't come back
Feedback scattered across post-it notes, emails, and memory
People say what they think you want to hear
Hours spent collating and transcribing responses
No way to know which areas or groups are underrepresented
Participants never find out what happened to their feedback
With Coproduce
Every participant has an equal channel: talk, type, or upload a photo
Anonymous by default, so people share what they actually think
Everything in one place, organised, searchable, ready to act on
No login, no app, works on any phone in seconds
Real-time dashboard, responses arrive the moment they are submitted
Postcode data shows you which communities are and are not represented
Submission IDs mean participants know their voice was received
People’s submissions don’t sit in a spreadsheet. They land in a live dashboard built for the way co-production actually gets used.
“We used Coproduce at our 2026 conference with more than 200 attendees.
It was important to capture the voices of everyone in the room, not just those with the confidence to speak up. It highlighted themes we may otherwise have missed and led to stronger discussions and better outputs.”
The strategies that land, the services that work, the policies that don't get pulled apart in the local paper, all share one thing. They were shaped by the people they affect. Co-production isn't a box to tick. It's how organisations make better decisions, build trust with the communities they serve, and avoid the expensive mistakes that come from designing without listening.
Broader input surfaces what you didn't know you didn't know. Decisions made with that input are more durable, and the missteps you avoid pay for the consultation many times over.
Communities that feel genuinely heard engage more, stay longer, and advocate for the work. Communities that feel ignored push back, loudly, when you can least afford it.
Public sector consultation obligations only count if the consultation actually reached the right people. Coproduce makes the reach visible and the process defensible.
Concerns voiced early are fixable. Concerns that surface in complaints, judicial reviews, or local press are not. Co-production catches the difficult stuff while it's still cheap to act on.
Doing co-production well is hard. Reaching everyone who should be heard is harder. Most existing tools assume your audience is online, articulate, English-speaking, and free to attend at the times you've set.
Coproduce was built to fix that. People speak in their own voice, on their own phone, at a time that works for them. And what they say goes straight to the people who need to hear it.
Low literacy, English as a second language, dyslexia, arthritis. The thing they want to say has nothing to do with their ability to type it.
Caring responsibilities, shift work, childcare, mobility barriers. Public meetings work for the people whose time is most flexible. They are not a representative sample.
Older residents, digitally excluded people, people without a fixed address, people who don't read official communications. Your existing channels are not their channels.
People who've filled in surveys before and never heard back. People who don't trust their voice will be taken seriously. Cynicism is a barrier you can't survey your way past.
People have things to say they can't easily write down. Coproduce takes voice notes natively and turns them into searchable text on demand.
Participants choose with a single click whether to share their name. Anonymity raises honesty, and our deletion flow keeps them in control afterwards.
Live dashboard, geographic heatmaps, theme analysis, PDF reports. Stop coding feedback by hand. Surface what matters as it arrives.
Voice means no typing barriers. A built-in high-contrast mode. Plain English throughout. No app to install. Works on any phone with a modern browser.
All submission data stored in the United Kingdom. Participant-controlled deletion, configurable retention, full audit logging. ICO-friendly out of the box.
Build a consultation URL in minutes, share it as a link or QR code, and you're live. No procurement process. No long onboarding. Most clients run their first consultation the week they sign up.
Use the URL builder in your dashboard to set the welcome message, the postcode question, optional session tagging, and any branding. Save it as a QR code or share the link directly.
On a poster, in an email, on social media, on a printed leaflet. Anywhere your audience already is. No login required for them. They tap the link and start.
The dashboard updates as submissions come in. Geographic distribution, common themes, voice clips and transcripts, charts and tables. Export to CSV or PDF whenever you need to.
People choose how they want to share: voice notes, free text, or photos.
Voice notes are turned into searchable text on demand. UK-processed.
See where responses come from at any zoom, from individual postcodes to UK regions.
Participant's choice, one click. Anonymous is the default; identifying details are always optional.
Every submission comes with a deletion link, given only to the participant. No time limit.
Organise responses by event, time slot, or theme. Handy for facilitated consultations and conferences.
Word clouds, common phrases, sentiment patterns. Spot themes without reading every response yourself.
Download what you see for sharing with stakeholders, board reports, or further analysis in your own tools.
One platform, separate dashboards. Each organisation sees only their own data, with strict row-level isolation.
No shared passwords. Admins sign in with a one-time link sent to a verified email, and only invited users have access.
Full postcode or district only, per consultation. Match the granularity your analysis needs.
Every administrative action is recorded with timestamp, actor, and target. Full accountability built in.
Coproduce was built with charities, the NHS, local authorities, and VCSE organisations in mind, and with the procurement reality those organisations face. Every layer is documented, every data flow is mapped, every sub-processor is named.
Submission data stored in London (Supabase, AWS eu-west-2). Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Full Record of Processing Activities. DPA template. Privacy notice. Breach response plan. Vulnerability disclosure policy.
Built-in deletion flow for participants. Administrative deletion path for controllers. 12-month default retention.
Row-level security on every table. Cloudflare DDoS and bot protection. Server-side metadata stripping on uploads. Audit logging.
Supabase, Netlify, Cloudflare, Make.com. All bound by UK IDTA / EU SCCs where applicable.
Every architectural decision recorded as an ADR. Every dependency change tracked through Git. Annual security review.
Most consultations are live within minutes of signing in. The URL builder takes you through every option (welcome message, optional session tagging, postcode granularity, branding) and produces a link and a QR code ready to share. No procurement process, no integration work.
No. Coproduce runs entirely in the browser on any modern phone, tablet, or computer. Tap the link, record or type, submit. That's it.
They're stored encrypted in the UK and only accessible by your organisation's admins. When an admin clicks "Transcribe" on a recording, the audio is processed by Cloudflare's UK-hosted Whisper service, and the resulting text is saved alongside the audio. Cloudflare does not use any of it for AI training.
Every participant is shown a deletion link on the submission success screen, a unique URL only they have. Visiting it deletes the submission, any associated files, and any feedback they gave, permanently. There's no time limit. If they lose the link they can email the consultation host, who can remove the submission from the dashboard.
Yes. Each organisation can have multiple admins and additional read-only client accounts. The dashboard distinguishes between roles, and every administrative action is logged for accountability.
Traditional survey tools exclude anyone who can't or won't write. Coproduce is built for voice and image as much as text, and built for the public sector's accountability needs (UK hosting, audit logging, GDPR documentation, granular retention controls) in a way that generic survey tools aren't.
